About Buying Computers...
I had a friend of mine ask me what websites I use when speccing out a new computer. I know of a couple that are useful, such as Tom's Hardware and newegg.com but I thought this was an excellent opportunity to tap into my "reader base" for some updated knowledge.
So, anyone out there know of any good websites to do some research for building new computers?

While you probably already listed the 2 best resources, I would check out pricewatch.com for find deals on components you are already sure you want. While it doesn't offer the vast review base that Newegg does, sometimes you can save a buck or three on something (as long as you know what you're looking for).
ZipZoomFly.com will offer free 2nd day air shipping on anything it sells, but I've yet to find a price better than Newegg's. For getting something in a pinch, ZipZoomFly is probably the way to go, it won't cost more than a buck or two more than Newegg and its get here guaranteed in 2 days.
Stay away from Best Buy, or be prepared to spend $30 on $7 sound cards and be hassled about 12 free issues of SI or People every f’-ing time you walk in.

Those are helpful for buying what you want, but for researching and comparing companents capabilities and bench tests, Tom's is the best and most likely only (thats not biased). Newegg lists more standardized specs and useful details about all their items than any other vendor I've found. I honestly would just stick with those two.
